Hello, I'm Anna, the creative force behind "The Tree of Memory," a brand inspired by my extraordinary journey into the world of jewellery. My story began in France, fueled by a lifelong dream to explore the world and find a way to sustain myself on the road.

At the age of 16, I embarked on solo travels, crafting dreadlocks and hair wraps at festivals. Simultaneously, I delved into macramé, learning from talented South American artists who became my mentors on the path to freedom. With just $50, I ventured to New Zealand at 18, creating jewelry and busking to fund a year of exploration through Asia, Europe, and a return to New Zealand for another year and a half.

The birth of my daughter at 21 temporarily paused my business, but at 2 and a half, we resumed festival travels, reigniting my creative spirit. Our journey led us to India, where I began sourcing unique jewellery, bringing it back to England and sharing it with the European market.

My passion for creating has blossomed into "The Tree of Memory," a brand that not only embodies my journey but also reflects the unique stories behind each piece. Inspired by the dreadlocks I accumulated on my travels, each lock crafted by a friend I met along the way tells a tale of inspiration, good times, happy thoughts, and new skills acquired.

Today, my online jewellery store is a living testament to these experiences. Every piece, like the locks in my hair, carries with it the spirit of the journey—a tangible memory infused with the character and essence of the places and people I've encountered.
